Eight cottages sold together. The animator of the original Disney Snow White film lived in one of these cottages while animating the movie, basing the dwarfs' cottages in the film on his own. The property has appeared in numerous television and film productions. Represented both the buyer and seller off-market, achieving a record price of over $720 per square foot.
